PROCESS
We first conducted a set of work sessions for each property to define the core of its positioning. We then developed highly detailed manuals for both the Raffles and the Fairmont, going through each service, guest experience, F&B venue, room type, etc.
OUTCOME
Two highly detailed and multi-purpose positioning manuals that could then be used to animate different communication channels including the hotels‘ websites, brief partner agencies and onboard new team members.
We also developed the Raffles hotel’s branding, creating a uniquely textured pattern mirroring the mesmerizing kaleidoscope art work in the lobby and the intricate architectural details found throughout the property.

Developing two complementary and equally compelling stories and sets of experiences for the Raffles and Fairmont hotels, nestled in the same iconic Doha landmark.
